New A-League club Auckland FC have won their first-ever competitive game, beating Brisbane Roar 2-0 before a sold-out crowd of 24,492.
The side scored a goal in each half to take all three points at Auckland’s Go Media Stadium Mt Smart, and go top of the table, at least temporarily.
