Whanganui-based Sheehan, Kawana-Waugh and Trevis will officiate expansion club Auckland FC’s inaugural fixture, against Brisbane Roar at Go Media Stadium Mt Smart on Saturday.

Sheehan and Trewis will be assistant referees while Daniel Elder will take the whistle.

Kawana-Waugh will be the fourth official.

Manawatu’s Cook will be an assistant referee for Sunday’s match between Wellington Phoenix and Western United at Sky Stadium. The match referee will be Adam Kersey.

Kawana-Waugh will again be the fourth official.

Meanwhile, newcomers Auckland FC have a full squad to choose from but rivals Wellington Phoenix have struck injury problems ahead of the men’s A-League’s opening round.

Both clubs have declared their squads, and injury lists, ahead of their Isuzu UTE A-League fixtures.
