Auckland’s Albany United are looking for a first-team men’s coach for next season’s Lotto NRFL Northern Conference campaign.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the first team, including training sessions, matchday preparation, and tactical strategies.
- Develop and implement coaching plans to improve player performance.
- Work closely with the club’s committee and other coaches to ensure seamless integration across all teams.
- Promote a positive and inclusive team culture, encouraging player development at all levels.
- Represent the values and vision of Albany United Football Club both on and off the field.
Qualifications and experience
- Proven coaching experience at a competitive level.
- Minimum NZF C Licence
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate players.
- A passion for football and commitment to the long-term success of the team.
