Lotto NRFL Northern Conference club Albany United seek coach for next year

Auckland’s Albany United are looking for a first-team men’s coach for next season’s Lotto NRFL Northern Conference campaign.

The team finished fourth in the 2024 Northern Conference. Here’s the club’s description of the role, its requirements and the application process.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the first team, including training sessions, matchday preparation, and tactical strategies.
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to improve player performance.
  • Work closely with the club’s committee and other coaches to ensure seamless integration across all teams.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive team culture, encouraging player development at all levels.
  • Represent the values and vision of Albany United Football Club both on and off the field.

Qualifications and experience

  • Proven coaching experience at a competitive level.
  • Minimum NZF C Licence
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate players.
  • A passion for football and commitment to the long-term success of the team.
