RESULTS: Saturday’s winners, scorers and latest league tables

Here’s today’s round-up of results from the top national and regional men’s and women’s competitions from throughout New Zealand.

A late goal from Charlotte Roche decided the Kate Sheppard Cup final in Auckland United’s favour, adding the trophy to the OFC Champions League title and Lotto NRFL Women’s Premiership already secured this year.

In the Lotto NRFL Men’s Northern Conference, Waiheke United beat Waitemata 5-2 to take the title and earn the right to play Southern Conference winners Cambridge in a home and away promotion play-off to decide who plays in next year’s Lotto NRFL Men’s Championship.

In Wellington, a 1-1 draw was enough for Wellington United Diamonds to take the Women’s Central League title, though the result wasn’t enough to take the Nora Watkins Shield away from Waterside Karori.
