Football’s Paulsen brothers have explained how a pair of boots bought from a $2 shop played a part in their efforts to take up the sport.
The purchase helped get Futsal White Adam Paulsen started as a child, the brothers told 1News.
Adam Paulsen is about to play for New Zealand at the Futsal Whites’ first-ever FIFA Futsal Men’s World Cup, in Uzbekistan.
His goalkeeper brother Alex is part of the All Whites squad set to play Mexico and the United States during the September international window.
