South Auckland Rangers form partnership with Tangaroa College

South Auckland Rangers have formed a partnership with Tangaroa College, opening the way for more young players to participate in football.

Announcing the partnership, Rangers said the arrangement would enable Tangaroa College to use the club’s base at Rongomai Park for all their home games, use the club’s facilities and equipment and receive the support of qualified coaches for all children, including disabled and those with special needs.

Rangers board member and treasurer Ravindra Chandra said: “South Auckland Rangers Football Club is a community club and we are committed to the development and strategy of bringing all kids to our fantastic facility at Rongomai, to have fun while playing football.

“For those kids who want to play competitive football, they are introduced to our South Auckland Rangers teams with qualified coaches. It’s a great way to connect with the kids, teachers and parents.”

Tangaroa College will play their first game at Rongomai Park on Monday July 1, 2024.
